Although we're not in the habit of making a big fuss of Mother's day and dancing to the commercial tune, we do like to celebrate Mother's Day in a way that feels right for our family.
This year, the hubby and children made me a lovely breakfast: fresh fruit salad, bread, and tea on a nicely laid table. Not much else is needed to make Mother's Day a perfect day.
Unfortunately, by the time I thought of taking a picture, we'd already finished our breakfast, but I can still show you what was left of it.

That doesn't look half bad, now, does it?
They also gave me a bottle of Baileys, a bottle of Martini, and a chocolate bar. The booze will probably have to last me till Chanukkah, but as long as I've got chocolate I don't mind.
